Other Conditions:
- Allow no Franchise right resell nor sales space transfer unless mutually agreed between 2 parties
- Branch must be open for service by 6 - 8 months after signing Agreement
- Franchisee sends staffs to attend training and pass all required exam or evaluation conducted by Franchisor
- Main Dessert / Food Materials are to import from Thailand's plant while Franchisee pays for goods, transportation costs, and others as Franchisor sells F.O.B
Franchisor is to give to awarded Franchisee
- All manuals for dessert & beverage, Human Resources Management
- Every level of staffs training courses and evaluation (Conduct in Thailand)
- Manual for Café construction and decoration with design, blueprint, spec, and etc. On-site instrutor if required
- All instruction in every function, namely marketing activities & material, café decoration, menu launched, price setting (mutually agreed)
- Right to use names, logos, and trademarks
